Selling

Auctions are a great way to sell both new and used items. For a nominal fee, you can list just about any item for bid by other Auction users.

Guidelines

• To be able to list an item for auction, you must first become a registered user of our system.
• Use a catchy, but accurate title to describe your auction item.
• Disclose all extra charges, such as shipping and/or handling.
• Always enter your location to help buyers estimate shipping charges.
• If your auction item doesn’t sell, and you have chosen to have your item automatically re-listed, be aware that additional listing fees may apply.
• Be sure you have the legal right to sell the listed item.

Steps

1. Locate the SELL YOUR AUCTION ITEM link, near the top of each Auction page, and click on it.
2. On the Add an item to the auction page, enter your user details and item details, and then click on the Preview button.
   Result: A preview screen appears allowing you to proof your listing before submitting it to the auction system.
3. If correct, click on the Post Item button near the bottom of the page. Otherwise, hit the browser’s Back button to make corrections.
   Result: Your account will be debited for the amount of the auction listing fee.
